Hi [~Christian Schwabe],
This issue is necessary, but I don't think that this issue is a blocker for 0.9.0 release. So, I'd like to reschedule this issue to 0.9.1. How do you think about that?

> Current documentation missed a description how to start a second worker an a second machine.
> I have now found out by studying tajo-daemon.sh how this can be done.
> You do it with christians-mbp:bin chris$ sh tajo-daemon.sh start worker.
