Réf. : [Newbie] SOAP.jar in Classpath

I have read the install instruction carefully. If I try to acess one of the
admin jsp's jasper is complaining about missing org.apache.soap.*. The soap
jar is in classpath besides mail.jar and activation.jar. Xerces is in front
of
classpath.
What is my mistake in configuration. Any ideas?
