   There does not exist any positive tests for using triggers with feed actions with the CLI. Feed tests should be created that ensure a trigger passes the expect lifecycle event, full trigger name, and feed auth key to its feed.
   
   Currently there exist a negative test to ensure that a feed that does not exist cannot be used to create a feed. See:
   https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk/blob/master/tests/src/test/scala/whisk/core/cli/test/WskBasicUsageTests.scala#L1117.
