Two Floating nodes available for ci-* Masters

HI,

Just to let you know now online as 'floating agents' are :-

'websites2' (labels: git-websites svn-websites)
'jenkins-win-he-de-6' (label: Windows)

These are available for all of the Cloudbees Client Masters (ci-*) to use
on a
lease basis, if it's not in use by one master, another can take it.

(A 3rd floating agent called h4-shared will be taken off lease and put back
into the
 pool soon)

Please let me know if you have any issues with either.
