To use {{MemoryBlock}} can improve flexibility of choosing memory type and runtime performance for memory accesses with {{Unsafe}}.
This JIRA entry tries to use {{MemoryBlock}} in {{UnsafeRow}}, {{UnsafeArrayData}}, and {{UnsafeMapData}}
