   ### Search before asking

   - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement.

   ### Description

My scheduling task depends on the previous batch and needs to determine whether the previous batch was successfully executed.

   ### Use case

   E.g:
For batches executed every hour, the batch at 11 o'clock needs to judge whether the batch at 10 o'clock is successfully executed. If it is not executed successfully, continue to wait.
