Heron site not updating
The CI process isn't pushing to the asf-site branch in the repo. I know we
did some work around this in the past month. Are there any changes I
should be aware of?

BUT! I found that the publish step was commented out...... And I'm pretty
sure I'm the one who did it while testing something a while back. The job
just finished and the download links look like they are good. I"m going
to hide in shame somewhere for a bit.
