0.11.0 Futon not working properply in fresh install

Hi all,

 

I'm new to CouchDB and just installed 0.11.0 on a debian lenny machine from
backports. Service is up http://server.com:5984 shows me the Welcome
message, but http://server.com:5984/_utils/ shows me the page without menu,
without logo and the "create database" button is not working. 

 

/var/log/couchdb/couch.log does not show anything - even with debug level
enabled in local.ini.

 

Anyone has an idea how to track down where the problem is located?
