[I] [Studio] Add direct message resend for Apache consumer groups [rocketmq-dashboard]
Aias00 opened a new issue, #2507:

## Problem
Studio message details currently have no supported operation to resend one ordinary message to a selected Apache consumer group. This leaves operators unable to recover an individual failed or missed message without leaving Studio.
## Scope
- Add a server-side direct resend endpoint for Apache instances.
- Require `instanceId`, message identity/topic, and an explicit target consumer group.
- Expose the action from message detail with clear unsupported/error states.
- Audit the operation and add focused server/web tests.
## Out of scope
- Fabricating consume verification results.
- Cloud-provider implementations until their APIs provide equivalent semantics.
## Acceptance criteria
- The operation is unavailable for unsupported instances.
- A successful request invokes RocketMQ's supported direct-consume mechanism for the specified group.
- Failed broker responses are returned to the UI and are audited.

**Compatibility:** no breaking changes — additive API
This fills a practical gap: operators currently cannot resend a single ordinary message to a specific consumer group without leaving Studio. The proposed approach is clean:
- Server-side direct resend endpoint requiring `instanceId`, message identity/topic, and target consumer group
- Exposed from message detail view with clear unsupported/error states
- Audit the operation for traceability
Key considerations:
- The resend should validate that the target consumer group exists and is subscribed to the topic
- Error states should distinguish between "message not found", "group not found", and "resend failed"
- Audit logging is important for operational traceability
