[Axis2]Where should the Axis2 0.9 distribution should be host to?

Where should the Axis2 0.9 distribution should be  host to? 

Shall we make it
http://cvs.apache.org/dist/axis2/v0.9/axis2-0.9-src.zip rather than 
http://cvs.apache.org/dist/axis/v2.0-0.9/axis2-0.9-src.zip.

neither, please put them under 
http://www.apache.org/dist/ws/axis2/0_9/

(Because Axis 1.2.1 is under http://www.apache.org/dist/ws/axis/1_2_1/
and this is a signed release)
