I appreciate the interest.  I've taken this opportunity to rewrite 
the StrutsChain page in the wiki and provide links to distributions 
that snapshot current development.

As noted, these compile, but I have no idea if they run correctly!  I 
should probably drop back and look at the possibility of unit tests 
for the various commands -- or if anyone else is interested, please 
feel free!
