replacing Apache with Tomcat

I'm planning to replace Apache with Tomcat on my home machine.  Is there any
huge reason why I shouldn't?  It's just a home machine running linux, and
serving my personal webpages to the world.

Also--are there any security holes to be aware of with Tomcat?  I haven't
found any info on it.

Please try to use an Apache/Tomcat combination. I have been using these two
together on both Linux and Windows 2000 OK for almost 6 months now. On Linux I
am using the Secure (mod_ssl) Apache with Tomcat3.2B1 and a self generated
Certificate. The documentation is in the Tomcat bundle. I am using the Linux-ssl
version for developing the SSL Apache-Soap extension.
