This feature was implemented in 4.1.0-alpha by moving existing Kubernetes logic to a new IaaS class called KubernetesIaas.

> We introduced Kubernetes support in 4.1.0 milestone releases. However this was implemented as a separate workflow by introducing new service methods in Cloud Controller and Autoscaler. IMO Kubernetes needs to be considered as another IaaS provider and use the same workflow in Stratos. This design will preserve consistency of core PaaS features across IaaS providers.
