- Which version of SkyWalking, OS and JRE?
1.spring-cloud-starter-gateway-2.1.5.RELEASE
2.java version "1.8.0_141"
3.skywalking 8.1.0
- What happened?
Use an interface'/user-center/query' of the jmeter pressure measurement gateway, and the function is provided by the service'user-center'.
Stress test effect: 8 times of ‘More than 300 spans required to create’ error occurred at 10,000 times. As an additional note, the abnormal rate reached 89% due to too frequent calls.

1. Local machine: environment: skywalking 8.1 +H2
It’s difficult to reproduce this problem in stress testing
2. Our test; environment: skywalking 8.1 +elasticSearh 6.7 + k8s
Perform pressure test, it is easy to find this problem。

2. Requests that are not related, appear in the same call chain

This problem may be caused by the lack of related packages.
My problem is caused by the lack of "apm-httpclient-commons.jar" package.
You can debug on "InstMethodsInter.intercept()" to see if any exceptions are thrown.
If one of the SPAN throws an error, the span in the context will not be cleaned up, and at the same time, the traceId will not be newly created due to the thread reuse of Netty.
