Subscribing to lists

Hi,

To subscribe to any of the lists use the following form

<list>-subscribe@incubator.apache.org

e.g.

issues-subscribe@incubator.apache.org

A few people are trying to get at the lists putting "subscribe" in  
the subject which doesn't work with Ezmlm.
