Project: Commons Math
Issue Type: Improvement
Affects Versions: 3.0
Reporter: Phil Steitz
Fix For: 3.1
The private methods checkPositive and checkNonNegative in ChiSquareTest will also be used by GTest (MATH-878). The checkRectangular method should also be moved into a utility class. These methods were implemented before MathArrays was added and have been awaiting a "home."
