[MERGE] [4.5] Support OVA files with multiple disks for templates

Would like to request the merge of feature 'Support for OVA containing multiple disks' into CloudStack.

3. Branch name - 'multiple-disk-ova'
3. Marvin test for this feature is available in feature branch @ commit - 3532ffe5af5553e558cfe6de2fef059b8d5e100e
4. Feature branch has been rebased with master branch up to commit - 155745e26c14799a77fb3987bc40bc578810748e
5. Verified that RAT test passes
