The ip address string set in HiveServer2  (in SessionState) and in HiveMetaStore (HMSHandler) have a additional "/" at the beginning. 
Metastore audit logs have " ip=/127.0.0.1 " as a result. HiveAuthzContext also ends up having the same problem.
