Error in build

Hi,
I am new to Ivy. I have downloaded the folder hello-ivy from apaches site.
But when I tried to build, I got the following error.

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:
org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpClient.getParams(
)Lorg/apache/commons/httpclient/params/HttpClientParams;

I am using the following configurations
apache-ivy-2.0.0-beta2
jdk1.5.0_14
jre1.6.0_03

Please help me.
