[PR] Support log level override for direct runner [beam]
Abacn opened a new pull request, #37100:
URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/37100
#27969
However there is caveats that the effectiveness depends on the actual slf4j implementation. As noted in #27969, slf4j-simple needs a different way to set log level.

## Summary of Changes
Hello @Abacn, I'm Gemini Code Assist[^1]! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!
This pull request enhances the DirectRunner by integrating support for log level configuration through `SdkHarnessOptions`. This allows users to precisely control the logging verbosity of their pipelines, enabling both a default log level for the entire SDK harness and granular overrides for specific loggers. This feature improves debugging and operational visibility for DirectRunner users by providing more control over log output.
### Highlights
* **Log Level Override**: Introduced support for overriding log levels within the DirectRunner, allowing for more granular control over logging output.
* **Configuration via SdkHarnessOptions**: Log levels can now be configured using `SdkHarnessOptions`, specifically through `--defaultSdkHarnessLogLevel` for a global setting and `--sdkHarnessLogLevelOverrides` for specific logger adjustments.
* **New Test Case**: Added a new test (`testLogLevel`) to `DirectRunnerTest` to validate that the specified default and overridden log levels are correctly applied by the Java `LogManager`.
