Have you properly set things up in your web.xml file? Also have you
modified sever.xml if needed?

Hi,

you have either to enable the "invoker" or you have to create a
servlet-mapping in your web.xml. This is a common mistake with tomcat 4.1.x.

check ur web.xml file.
what u have specified as the servlet mapping.

<servlet-mapping>
  	<servlet-name>HelloServlet</servlet-name>
  	<url-pattern>/servlet/HelloServlet</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>

Is it so ?
then chenge ur URL accordingly.
