Email addresses attached to Apache accounts

Do we have documentation on changing email addresses attached to Apache accounts?  If not, I'm happy to add such documentation.

I don't think we have a place that enumerates all possible locations:

GsocLinkId.txt, committers/info/$availid.rdf, iclas.txt, members.txt, ldap (two attributes), ${project}/AUTHORS.txt, ~/.gitconfig, ...
