Although the mailing lists are created, the subscribers from the incubator lists don't seem to have been migrated.

I say this because:
1. when I mail users-help@isis.apache.org (from: danhaywood@apache.org), I see no subscribers listed.  Ditto on the dev ML
2. I've had moderation requests come in for one of our mentors who did a reply all to a mail that I had sent to both the old and new lists.

Also, commits on SVN are still going through to the old isis-commits@incubator.a.o, not the new commits@isis.a.o.  Not sure if that's a different ticket request that I need to make?
