Examples maven layout

Hey, so the vmbuild.apache.org server is up and running again and  
able to build/send out notifications/etc.  I tried to add OpenEJB 3x  
to it, but our examples break maven convention in that the  
directories they are in do not match the maven artifactId.  This is  
pretty easy to fix, we just need to rename the directories to match  
the id, or change the id to match the directory.

So heads up on an incoming pom change.
