Deploying the site after a release

Documenting the way I deployed the site after v1.0.4:

1) Check out the release tag, build and deploy site
2) On p.a.o, create a new directory for the release (in the above
case, it was called '1.0.4', might want to keep that pattern)
3) Copy the site down one level to the directory created in 2
4) Check out the trunk, update download and other sections as needed
to reflect latest release, build and deploy site

We might need to make the "Release Documentation" section in the site
menu contain absolute URLs for this to work smoothly going forward.
