Tried the Installer with 2.9.1-incubating-4-rc2

Hi,

got myself a shiny new apache-tomcat-7.0.39.tar.gz and
JSPWiki-2.9.1-incubating-4-bin.zip
followed the Really simple installation in README, it actually almost
worked, the step for unzipping the core pages is missing.

I first did not understand that the Install.jsp had done its work, it
should say that Installer is done, restart the container and give a
link to the new Wiki Installation.

The Installation works, but
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSPWIKI-396
appears now with tomcat-7.0.39, too.

The logs show

This is harmless, but puzzles new users, it should be fixed.
