Download of 1.01

I was told that 1.01 fixed a disappearing internal entity problem I am
experiencing with 1.00.  Where do I get 1.01 - the web page mentions the
current release there is 1.00.

http://xml.apache.org/dist/ contains all the downloadable archives.
