Reviewing all the discussion here, the very basic rules which check for "pills"
within a URI hit lotsa spam, and an 'acceptable' ham rate, but we're all agreed
that such a simplistic one-word rule is too dangerous to apply as part of the
distribution rule set. The *potential* ham rate is too high for comfort.

There have been several attempts to refine the rule to lessen the chances of
false positives, by applying bounds, by limiting location, and those that
succeed in lowering the potential ham rate also lower the spam hit rate far
enough to make the rule not worth while. 

Therefore closing as WONTFIX.
