Hit.getSite() not in 0.7...

Hi all,

The incredibly useful Hit.getSite() no longer seems to exist in 0.7.
Any idea what I should use instead? Basically, I want either the site
URL or hostname for the hit.

Or should I create a HitDetails using Hit.getIndexDocNumber() and then
get the site by using HitDetails.getValue("site")?

Many thanks.

Piotr,

Thanks for the response! I didn't even try getDedupvalue() as it
sounded to strange to be what I wanted. :-) It would be good to just
use Hit as I already have it and going after HitDetails is just another
step (as I need to do this for every Hit).

Again, thanks.

Hi,
In 0.7 release functionality to deduplicate results not only by site has
been added and Hit.getSite() that was used for deduplication was changed
to Hit.getDedupvalue() - in default setup (using standard NutchBean) it
still returns site I think. But having said that I would probably use
HitDetails.

Piotr
