Yes, yes, I know.  It was done with a Q&D Perl script, not a full-fledged
lexical analyser.  Handling line-broken HTML tags is somewhat more complex
than 's,<(/*[a-z][a-z0-9]*)>,<\U$1\E>' - which caught 98+% of what I was
trying to address.  (Less the <i> and <b> stuff.)  More completeness later..
