JakartaStreamMultiPartRequest generates an error message (an action error?) when uploaded files are too big.

Currently this message can not be configured which might not be acceptable by many applications.

This issue was first reported on -user list.


JakartaStreamMultiPartRequest was introduced by WW-3025
