it's extremely common that I connect a remote debugger to the Cassandra JVM. It's become quite annoying to continually copy the same line into the config every time I need to hook up a debugger. We should add a commented line in cassnadra-env.sh to enable remote debugging.

Actually, I'd rather have it on by default. It's quite common that I only end up needing to debug something after Cassandra has been running. This is probably more true in a production environment. Unless you actually connect a debugger, the overhead should be non-existent.
