Smoke Report from Fri Dec 7 19:28:57 2001

This is a first autogenerated tests sequence failure report:

Smoke Report from Fri Dec 7 19:28:57 2001
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
iteration 1 (2 tests):
         t/TEST api/lookup_uri apache/scanhdrs
(made 1 reducing operations)

iteration 3 (2 tests):
         t/TEST api/r_subclass apache/scanhdrs
(made 4 reducing operations)

iteration 5 (2 tests):
         t/TEST filter/input_msg modules/cgiupload
(made 132 reducing operations)

I guess the report should also print the system build args, ala
bugreport.pl. So it'll be easy to reproduce. What do you think?
