Retirement discussion

Folks,

I have prepared the report for the board meeting here:

We are talking about retiring this project. If you would like to see it continue in its current form, please chime in!

Folks, an update - we have taken a vote as the PMC and decided to retire Buildr.
I have added the retirement of Buildr as an item for the next board meeting.
