External DTD/Schema

Hi:
  When I load a xml file, which has defined an external dtd, which will
define some entities used in the xml file. How the Xindice will deal
with this situation, whether it will convert all the entities in the xml
file to the value according to the external dtd file?

I have not used entities with Xindice yet; you could try it out and tell 
how it worked out for you.
