Can we all agree, in the future, that it is more efficient to just reply
with the answer to a query, instead of having a protracted email thread
that still results in someone saying, "here, see, I told you guys what it
was in this email on date xx-xx-xxxx". Honestly, and I know I'm an outsider
here, this is just ridiculous and a total waste of time.
