Handling Invalid XPath Queries (C++)

I have encountered some problems when running the
included sample program TestDriver.exe which uses
XPath queries to retrieve information from the xml
document. If I provide an invalid query string such
as "/child[ " or give it some other unexpected input
such as !$# it will stop execution and it seems to
generate an unhandled exception filter error. Are
there any development plans to first validate the
XPath query string before processing it? Any
suggestions as to how to get around this problem would
be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
-Greg
