ambari agent tried to chown /boot/efi

I am using horton ambari 2.6.0 by following https://docs.hortonworks.com/
HDPDocuments/Ambari-2.6.0.0/bk_ambari-installation/
content/download_the_ambari_repo_lnx7.html and got issue described in:

https://community.hortonworks.com/questions/118551/namenode-can-not-be-started-1.html

I played around (e.g. in custom service step, for hdfs, create and use a
new group to remove /boot/efi folders). But namenode installation still
failed due to the same error. My cluster setup is blocked by this issue.
The post did not give a clear solution.

Any idea is highly appreciated!
