   Fixes the numbering scheme 1., 1., 1., etc., as seen in the screenshot:

   This was because the code blocks were not indented correctly. Also, although, the numbering scheme 1,1,... works correctly with markdown format, I think it's confusing for a developer opening the file in an editor that doesn't support markdown format.
