Duplicate packaged-dom4j

http://lsd.student.utwente.nl/gump/#Annotations ... is saying some other
module has already laid claim to this project (when this module attempted
to.)

For the future I am working on this error message to tell us which two
modules have done so.

I've seen that, but can't find a duplicate definition - wait, the
module gets included twice inside the profile.

Good idea.  Not that this is not necessarily a bug since the workspace
may want to mix in some stuff.
