test running new nlpcraft.{sh|cmd} script

NLPCraft-ers,
We are nearing completion of the new and important feature for NLCPraft
project: nlpcraft.{sh|cmd} management script. This script is an all-in-all
management facility for everything in NLPCraft - starting and stopping REST
server, seeing logs, executing REST calls, creating new projects or model
stubs, and more.

This script works in both command line mode and interactive REPL mode.

You can try it from 'master' branch:
- mvn clean package
- bin\nlpcraft.{sh|cmd}

Please give it a shot and share the experience.
