RPC hello world blog

Hi all,

I posted instructions to do an Avro hello world RPC on the following
blog: http://gbif.blogspot.com/2011/06/getting-started-with-avro-rpc.html

I hope this helps someone, as documentation is a little sparse for
absolute beginners.  It might warrant going into a "Getting RPC
started in 10 minutes" wiki.
