This is generally useful for debugging and tracing ScanTasks, and can be used to remove the [explicit mapping in FileSystemDataset::Write|https://github.com/michalursa/arrow/commit/ae396b9d4c26621cba2cce955f1d55f43e8faab9#diff-2caf4e9bd3f139e05e55dca80725d8a9c436f5ccf65c76a37cebfa6ee9b36a6aR278]
