the processRestoreState of UIComponentBase should check the transient attribute of his childs and facets to determine if the state was saved. Since the processSaveState do this check. I add a patch for this.

I forgot to remove my absolut path from the patch (this bug will hopefully fixed sometime in svn or subclipse)
