Is there a 6.0.0 repository implementation?

Hello.

The only implementation of the OSGi Repository specification I can seem
to find is:

However, this doesn't seem to implement the API described in the 6.0.0
compendium spec. For example, the Repository type only has a single
findProviders() method, and doesn't include any of the others such as
newRequirementBuilder().

Do I need to use a Felix-specific API, or is there another
implementation out there that I've missed?
