   The spotbugs results are all like:
   
       Could not find resource '/home/jenkins/jenkins-agent/workspace/Base-PreCommit-GitHub-PR_PR-3691/yetus-general-check/src/hbase-compression/hbase-compression-xz/../dev-support/spotbugs-exclude.xml'. -> [Help 1]
      
      
   I found a recipe for addressing this in hbase-shaded POMs. Let me apply the fix to the new POM for the 'hbase-compression parent', which has grandchild modules like hbase-shaded.
