   I will continue to work on this PR.
   
   Things to do:
   
   - [ ] Investigate the issue with using pytest from VS Code. It's probably already solved, so I can fill TESTING.rst as well
   - [ ] Split CONTRIBUTORS_QUICK_START.rst using collapsible sections https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/15631#issuecomment-832080436
   - [ ] Fix slashes https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/15631#issuecomment-831998469
