Documentation bug... (fwd)

To avoid editing pages that might have new ones waiting in the wings,

the pointer to the robot exclusion documentation has gone bad.  The
correct link is:

   http://info.webcrawler.com/mak/projects/robots/norobots.html

The pointer to the robot writing guidelines is similarly bad, and the
correct link is entirely analogous:

   http://info.webcrawler.com/mak/projects/robots/guidelines.html
