  Removed:     src/share/org/apache/slide/util/conf
                        SAXConfigurationBuilder.java
  Log:
  - SAXConfigurationBuilder class was not needed, but was
    dependent on SAX 2.
    Thanks to Peter Edwards for reporting the problem.
