Seems that only the archiva logo top left in some of 1.3.5 pages (i.e. http://archiva.apache.org/docs/1.3.5/userguide/browsing.html)45 references totals.

1.4M2 and 1.4M3 are not leading to docs maybe we can avoid creating and index file.
